Authorization Statement: I authorize the release of my records between CCRI and RIC or URI for the purposes of advising and data collection and analysis regarding the success of students who applied and were admitted under the Joint Admissions Agreement. This information will be used solely for group reporting regarding the success of students who enrolled through the JAA. CCRI can also release my final transcript and transfer evaluation to RIC or URI to complete the acceptance process.

Tuition Discount: To qualify for the JAA tuition discount for the first year at RIC or URI, you must graduate with a cumulative CCRI Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher. The JAA tuition discount is applied to tuition only based on in-state tuition. To qualify for a second and third year of the JAA tuition discount, you must earn a GPA of 3.0 or higher at RIC or URI. Tuition Discount Scale: 3.0 - 3.24 = 10% Discount; 3.25 - 3.49 = 20% Discount; 3.50 or above = 30% Discount.
