Transfer Orientation 2025

We are happy to welcome you and your family to the University of Rhode Island community! Transfer Orientation is a one-day event. Register below for Transfer Orientation on Wednesday, June 18 at 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. or 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. ET. Parent and supporter participation is welcome, but optional.

During orientation, you will:                       

• Finalize your course schedule with the help of an advisor.
• Set up your accounts with URI’s online tools for email, advising, internship/job search, and more.
• Learn about involvement opportunities like leadership programs, community service, athletics, honors classes, clubs and organizations, and more.
• Connect with other students that are joining the URI community.
