New Student Orientation 2024

We are so happy to welcome you and your family to the University of Rhode Island community.

During winter orientation, you will:                       

• Finalize your course schedule with the help of an advisor.
• Set up your accounts with URI’s online tools for email, advising, internship/job search, and more.
• Learn about involvement opportunities like leadership programs, community service, athletics, honors classes, clubs and organizations, and more.
• Connect with other students that are joining the URI community.
