Campus ToursThe University of Rhode Island looks forward to welcoming you to our beautiful 1, 200-acre campus. Join us for a campus visit that includes an admission presentation and a tour. We recommend seniors attend these specific visits to get the best experience. For those that have not yet applied to URI, please search for any sessions labeled: 'Campus Visit: Information Session and Campus Tour'. These sessions will review more about URI and helpful information about the application process. Here are a few basics for our campus visit policies.To receive a guided tour you are required to pre-register for a tour. We will not accept walk-in visitors. Visitors need to self-monitor for symptoms and are requested to reschedule their visit if they are not feeling well. Face coverings are not currently required by the University. We recognize that some visitors, staff, and students may wish to continue wearing masks and we respect their right to do so.Tours leave right at the scheduled time. We are unable to hold a tour if you are late. If you arrive after your assigned tour time you will be provided a self-guided tour to enjoy campus with.
